36 terminology notes (French) for records mgmt & archiving

accompanied a MOOC course reclassified here in alphabetical order. More than a glossary, it is a presentation of the essential concepts of managerial archiving (records mgmt), in a simple language (French). These are sometimes very broad concepts but applied here to archiving and records mgmt. For each term or expression, the text describes the components of the concept and their articulation. It includes, where appropriate, a point of attention on confusion frequently encountered in the daily world of archiving (which stands for records mgmt in French).
This document is called to be clarified, enriched, supplemented by other terms or
expressions.
