Last week Alfresco announced the availability of the Alfresco Records Management Module, which recently became the first open source software to pass the rigorous U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) 5015.02 standard
certification.

Fabasoft hat – eigenen Angaben zufolge - "als erster Softwarehersteller weltweit" das
Zertifizierungsverfahren für den neuen Europäischen Records-Management-Standard
MoReq2 erfolgreich absolviert. "Offiziell" wird das allerdings erst am 15. September
2009, wenn der Präsident des DLM Forums den anwesenden Fabasoft-Vertretern in
Köln das MoReq2-Zertifikat überreicht.
