Managing the Crowd: Rethinking Records Management for the Web 2.0 World

read the post on his Blog:
One interesting idea is to create “a folksonomy service that can penetrate deep content, at an individual content level, across multiple service providers".
This would improve access to information and definitely add value to information as an asset.
